How It Works

Receive. Process. Ship. Deliver.

Every step below appends to a permanent tracking history — for the customer, and for you.

  1. Step 1

    Receive

An item arrives at your origin warehouse and is scanned in.

  2. Step 2

    Label

A barcode/QR label is printed and attached to the item.

  3. Step 3

    Inspect

Condition, weight, and dimensions are recorded; exceptions are flagged.

  4. Step 4

    Consolidate

Items headed to the same destination are grouped together.

  5. Step 5

    Load

Items are loaded into a container (or onto a manifest, for air).

  6. Step 6

    Manifest

A manifest is built and finalized for the loaded group.

  7. Step 7

    Depart

The container or shipment departs origin.

  8. Step 8

    Arrive

The container or shipment arrives at destination.

  9. Step 9

    Destination Receive

Each item is scanned in again at the destination warehouse.

  10. Step 10

    Pickup/Delivery

The item reaches the customer, by pickup or dispatched delivery.

Owner-level visibility throughout

Every scan, status change, and payment above is visible to the business owner in real time — from the owner dashboard, without needing to be physically present at any warehouse or office. Staff record what happened; the system makes sure the owner can always see it.

Load & Manifest, In Practice

Containers and manifests, built from what was actually scanned

Each container's status and manifest are generated from real recorded items — not a spreadsheet kept separately.
